In November, 2nd, 2017, at the IMSAT, Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited had set up a conference for accepting two scientific and technological themes implemented by Vinacomin – Institute of Mining Science & Technology (IMSAT): “Study on determining the causes of surface subsidence and suggestion the plant to prevent the surface subsidence at Khe Cham Coal Preparation Plant.
The science commission has been established according to the decision of IMSAT, N0 1067/QĐ- TKV, with 10 members, Mr. Khuat Manh Thang, Deputy General Manager of Vinacomin, Chairman of the commission; Mr. Vo Chi My (Vietnam Mining Science and Technology Association), Reviewer – N0 1, Mr Vuong Trong Kha, Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Reviewer– N0 2

– Implementation Unit: Vinacomin – Institute of Mining Science and Technology – Vinacomin (IMSAT)

According to the summary report was presented at the conference, this theme includes the following research contents: Study on determining the causes of surface subsidence at Khe Cham Coal Preparation Plant; Study on forecasting the deformation of surface at Khe Cham Coal Preparation Plant . And Proposal solutions for ground treatment of this plant.
