In October, 19th, 2017, IMSAT had set up a conference for accepting the scientific and technological theme implemented by himself: “Study on and determination the actual labor productivity for coal, minerals, electricity, mechanical engineering and chemical product in the Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited”.
The science commission has been established according to the decision of IMSAT, N0 380/QĐ- VKHCNM, September 1rst 2017, with 7 members, Dr. Tran Tu Ba, Chairman of the commission; Dr. Nguyen Canh Nam, Vice chairman of the commission; Ass Prof. Dang Huy Thai (Hanoi University of Mining and Geology), Reviewer – N0 1; Ass Prof Nham Van Toan (Hanoi University of Mining and Geology), Reviewer– N0 2

According to the summary report was presented at the conference, this theme includes the following research contents: Theoretical basis about the labor productivity for coal, mineral electricity, mechanical engineering and chemical product in the Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited- Vinacomin; Study on the production characteristics and labor productivity of units within Vinacomin; Study on the selection of the method for determining the labor productivity in accordance with the actual situation of the units within Vinacomin; Application of the proposed method for some units within Vinacomin.
The purpose of the theme is determining the labor productivity for coal, mineral electricity, mechanical engineering and chemical product in units within Vinacomin, encouraging to increase of labor productivity in units within Vinacomin.
