In November, 1st, 2018, IMSAT had set up a conference for accepting the scientific and technological theme implemented by himself: “Study on the domestic manufacture of the central control cubicles; detectors instruments of CH4, CO, O2, CO2, H2, low pressure, temperature and wind speed in order to replace the imported ones in the Polish methane gas monitoring systems used at underground coal mines in Quang Ninh area”. And the theme “Study on building the inspection station for the characteristics roadside of local fans and for resistance of wind ducts”
The science commissions has been established according to the decision of IMSAT, N0 516 and 519/QĐ- VKHCNM, December 12nd 2017, with 7 members, Dr. Tran Tu Ba, Chairman of the commission; Dr. Dao Dac Tao, Vice chairman of the commission; Dr. Nguyen Chi Tinh (Hanoi University of Mining and Geology), Reviewer – N0 1; Eng. Pham Xuan Thanh (Vietnam Mining Science and Technology Association), Reviewer– N0 2

The purpose of the theme is to designe and manufacture the central control cubicles, detectors instruments of O2; CO2; H2, CH4, CO, low pressure, temperature and wind speed, in order to replace the imported ones in the Polish methane gas monitoring systems used at underground coal mines at Quang Ninh area.
The theme is appraise with high scientifically and scientifically by the science commissions. The science commissions also contributed many ideas to correct and finalize the theme before submitting to the Vinacomin council for approval.

With the main purpose is establishing the method of inspection the local fans and the resistance of wind ducts are used at Vietnam underground coal mines. This theme includes the following research contents: 1) Exploring and evaluating the mining and winding operation; 2) Exploring and evaluating the application of the local fans and wind ducts at underground coal mines; 3) The experience of inspection the characteristics roadside of local fans and resistance of wind ducts; 4) Study on proposing the method of inspection the local fans;….
After the report was presented by the theme implemented team, the members of science commission has appreciated the research results of the theme and contribute some ideas for the implementation group to complete the report, check and accepted at the grassroots level./.
