In December, 29th, 2016, IMSAT had set up a conference for accepting two scientific and technological themes implemented by Vinacomin – Institute of Mining Science & Technology (IMSAT), The theme “Editing the guidance documents for application of mining technology for the longwalls with the graded stop form, supported by single hydraulic supports with jointed beams for the coal seams having medium thickness and dip angle of 35- 450 in underground coal mines at Quang Ninh area”. The Code KC.06.DD-16/16-20.
The the science commission has been established according to the decision of IMSAT, N0 748/QĐ- VKHCNM, November 29th , 2016, with 7 members, Dr. Tran Tu Ba, Chairman of the commission, Dr Truong Duc Du, Vice chairman of the commission, Dr Tran Vuan Ha (Hanoi University of Mining and Geology), Oppositioner – N0 1, Ass Prof. Dr. Tran Van Thanh (Hanoi University of Science and Technology), Oppositioner – N0 2.
