On March, 19th, 2015, Vietnam – Australia Cooperation Forum on Sustainable minerals in 2015 has been held in Hanoi.
Vietnam – Australia Cooperation Forum on Sustainable minerals in 2015 has been held under the coordination of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Australian Embassy in Vietnam and Australian Association of the service businesses on mining equipment and technology. Taking part to the Forum, there have been Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Minister of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, representatives from Australian Embassy in Vietnam and Australian Association of the service businesses on mining equipment and technology.
The delegation from IMSAT to the Forum was led by Dr. Luu Van Thuc, Deputy Director and some staffs from underground mining technology department, open pit mining department and mine geomechanics department.
So far, Australia has been considered as a leading nation in mineral potential and output, as well as one of the countries having leading experience and qualification in safety mining activities and environment protection closed with public interests.
Vietnam – Australia Cooperation Forum on Sustainable minerals in 2015 is the best opportunity for exchanging experience in the fields of natural resources management, mine construction, mine close and mineral sustainable development, as well as a good chance for directly exchanging ideas and experience for increasing the capability and bilateral cooperation for the businesses in the two countries and establishing the long term cooperation in business operations
